One year, our family went on a vacation to a Spa Ranch in Arizona and we had a great, healthy breakfast. Glazed bananas with berries, with 2 scoops of frozen yogurt and granola. So simple and so delicious.

  • frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana per person
  • cut strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola per person

Use a medium size or large frying pan, big enough to fit a banana cut in half. Spray it with cooking spray. Put the heat on medium to low, and cut the banana in half and place cut side down in the pan, glazing means you are heating it until the sugars start to come out, only cook it for 2-3 minutes. Use a spatula to move the banana to a plate creating an oval shape, place 2 scoops of frozen yogurt (we like vanilla but you can use any flavor you like) in the middle of the banana, then put the berries on top of the yogurt and the granola on the top of that.
